Matrix Visual - hierarchy working perfectly in PBI Desktop but not showing in PBI Service

I have a Matrix visual set up with Rows as follows -

It works perfectly as intended in PBI desktop, with stepped levels starting from Chief going all the way down to account_code. For example like this -

However, when I publish to PBI Service and view it there, the stepped levels don't show after going to CC_name. It shows that it's open but there's nothing below it. For example like this -


I tried refreshing, republishing, using Chrome and Edge, toggling stepped levels on/off, etc. no of it helped.

Any thoughts on why PBI Service isn't replicating the report on PBI Desktop would be much appreciated!

Looks like it was just some bug.

I saved the pbix as a new file without any changes, published it and viola it's displaying perfectly on PBI service.
