Maps Power BI doesn't work when I publish on App.PowerBI

Hello, 

Please help me to solve this issue:

The map is not showing when I publish the dashboard to app.powerbi. It indicates that Filled map and map visuals are disabled.

so I enabled it: Options & Settings -> Options -> Global -> Security and enabled: "But map still not showing.

May I ask you another question : I'm using a trial free Power BI is this the reason why I don't have all the setting in Power BI Admin Portal ?

Can you please chat to your Power BI Admin to make sure that the visuals are enabled?
