Map worked fine on desktop but doesn't work when published online

Hello,

I am having similar issues that some people may had. My map worked just fine on my desktop but it does not show anything when I published online.

I have tried all kind of browsers (Chrome, Firefox, and MS Edge), and it doesn't seem to solve the issue.

Please advise. Thanks.

Hi @hyong,

This issue is caused by bing map control update, I think it will be fix at recently released.

For detailed information, you can take at look at below link:

In addition, you can try to setting the data category to place. It may fix the issue.

Hi @hyong,

I can't reproduce your issue, it seems like some locations not displayed on service side. Based on research, it seems like a known issue which power bi team is troubleshooting.

I will give you feedback and update here once it has been fixed.
