Hello. I have been trying to visualize some data for my company for the different regions in BG. There is a region in BG called Montana. SO here is the bug that I get see picture attached. Montana is missing from the BG map and we get it on the USA map instead, it colors the state of Montana. Is there any way to fix this? I guess there would be many cases like that, for example St.Petersburg Florida and St. Petersburg Russia.

Confirming the issue. To work around it, add the country to the locations well. See attached
Hello,
Was this issue ever solved? Montana is not shown in Bulgary even after adding BG as a country and expanding chart in hierarchy.
Also pbix file available in the thread has the same unsolved issue.
Make sure your country column is properly categorized. (Check twice that you didn't accidentally use the "County" category)
That's exactly what I have done. Montana is a region both in Bulgaria and in the USA
please provide sample data that covers the issue. Include the country and province columns and some fact column
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Provinces_of_Bulgaria here is where i took the data from, the census table
I tried the same with the map chart, it doesn't work here. Any ideas
Why the map chart? It is not designed to work with choropleths or shapes.
Because I need to visualize as a bubble the amount of our sales by region.
