Hello,
I have a map visual in a report on the service which we have been using for a long time.
The Country field is categorized as such and today I was sent an image from a user showing South Africa as being in USA on their screen, but when I load the same report on my screen - it's in South Africa.
Both using Edge browser, both looking at same report, both in the same country, both within 5 minutes of each other.
Any ideas?
Kind regards,
G

Hi @WGordon
Sometimes, browser caching can cause unexpected behavior in how content is displayed. Although both users are using the Edge browser, I recommend clearing the browser cache and cookies on both machines to see if this resolves the issue.
