I recently published a report that plots locations using the built in "Map" visual based on adress.
This works perfectly in both the desktop version and when viewing the published report using Microsoft Edge.
Unfortunately the map behaves differently once opened in Chrome which will cause about half of the plots to dissapear, and a handful of others will be spread somewhat randomly on the map.
I have checked this for multiple users, and i have tried updating chrome to no avail.
Does anybody else have experience with this or similar issues?
Hi @SoaringLlama ,
Based on testing, I didn't reproduce the problem you mentioned.

How to get your questions answered quickly -- How to provide sample data
Hi @SoaringLlama ,
While Power BI SHOULD work the same in each browser type it doesn't always do so. There are a number of reasons for this and are often based on the settings within the browser itself. But, since there are so many settings and options and because your IT administrator may have set some up and you can't change them I think the best answer is to select a different browser. This doesn't really address the problem I know but, sometimes it will go the other way (where Edge does not work the same as you expect but Chrome does).
The other option is to compare every setting between the browser and try to imitate the settings. And, you will have to clear you cache and do all the other little browser tricks.
