Map Filtering Breaks in Service

I have a dashboard that has a map that is filtered to certain locations when you select a value from a table. All of this works great in Desktop but when it's uploaded to app.powerbi.com, the map gets filtered to a random location. This dashboard is embedded and it's also dysfunctioning on the embedded report. Has anyone else experienced this issue where map filtering works on Desktop but nowhere else?

I test with map visual but can't reproduce your issue. 

What type of map your report used? Anything specific in your report? Please explain more about them.(e.g. RLS settings, datasource type and connection mode...)
