Manual refresh on Power BI service for dataset

Hi all, I'm trying to find out if there is a downside to using the manual refresh button in the service vs setting up scheduled refresh.  We have a very large dataset that we need to refresh as often as possible. The option for scheduled refresh only allows every 30 miinutes, so we have some users that go in and click on the manual refresh button

The manual refresh will work just fine.

If you are using Power BI Pro license you can only have 8 scheduled refreshes a day.

If you are using Power BI Premium Per user or Power BI Premium you can have as many scheduled refreshes as you want.

You could use Power Automate to refresh it on a schedule.
