Manual refresh not working
Two of my reports have intermittently stopped refreshing in the service. No failure notices, no errors - just no refresh. Even if I manually trigger a refresh, the service displays the "Preparing for refresh" visual pop-up, but then just dies without refreshing or failing.
There is no indication in history of errors or a refresh when this occurs.

Is it possible that the refresh requests conflicted with existing refreshes that were in progress? We have seen cases of refresh requests disappearing into the void in such situations.
