Solved: Manual refresh icon - missing

The icon to launch a manual refresh seems to be missing in Power BI Service.

It used to be in Datasets > My Datasets next to the hamburger options.

Any clues?

You can find it when you select the workspace and click on the Data Sets and Data Flows
