Manual data refresh doesn't work / The XML for Analysis request timed out

Hi,   For several days the manule refresh of our datasets does not work anymore in BI Service. We always get the same messages. This happens even with small sets of about 140MB! Is there probably...

    Problem solved.
    After an update of the OnPremise Data Gateway (from May to June) everything is now running again.
    It's just a pity that you have to find out for yourself and such basic functions as data updates no longer work.
    Why are premium customers not informed that an update is absolutely necessary?

Thank you for your message.
No, we have another data source (Hortonworks).
I think that the gateway works, because we have timed reports on the service which are updated daily (without failure).
Nevertheless, we will turn on logging and collect some data.

    From where do you update the OnPremise Data Gateway?
