Manual Refresh Taking so much time

You need to perform some impact testing exercises: 

1. What is the change of volume and no. of rows in the dataset?

2. Has any filters or measures or columns been removed or added to the dataset? Any other modifications whatsoever?

3. Did you change the DAX or M code for any measure or column?

4. How much difference is visible in the refresh time?

5. Is the issue occusrring only for manual refresh or is it taking place for scheduled refresh as well?

Please the above and if in case your data is not changing and there are no changes in measures or columns as well, then please try the below:

1. Try refreshing once from incognito mode to remove any possible cache issue

2. Check your internet connection

If none of these works and the issue persists, you can raise a ticket to Microsoft Support for dedicated problem clearance.

 What is the average refresh time prior to this few days back? Need more information. Just check below

1. Did you modify you report dataset recently which impact the delay?

2. What is the data source for the dataset? does the data source performing good?
