Managing Permissions for specific Reports Power BI Services

Hello,

 

Some time ago, it was possible to select multiple people and changing their access (e.g. Read, Share, Build). However, after some updates in the past year, I noticed that the checkbox that allows multiple selections is no longer there. Is there a way to get it back? It is a huge hassle if my report is shared to a huge number of people and needing to change their permissions.

You are 100% correct I can see what you are seeing!

 

Right now I do not know any other way to change it, I would suggest voting for an idea at https://ideas.powerbi.com
