Managed Identity Personal Workspace

Hi all. 

Quick question. 
I have a datafactory that runs a couple of pipelines. 
Once the pipelines have run, it refreshs some PowerBi datasets via the API's. 
All of this is working fine 🙂 
Now I'm just doing some auditing in the Power BI Service and have found that there is a Personal Workspace for the ADF Managed Identity.  

Is this expected behaviour??

This is definatley a personal workspace. 
Audit api output is as follows. The graph id is the same when I look at the managed identity credentials in ADF or under Enterprise Applications in AAD.

Based on my understanding, I think it should need to be the shared workspaces. Has this ever happened before?
