When users request access to reports they never provide the reason of why, as the reason box is optional, and we always have to go back to ask them why they need access to the reports. Is there a way to make it mandatory for user to fill in the reason box before submitting a request?
Hi @ivywang ,
In fact, according to Microsoft's official documentation, when someone requests access to a report or dashboard that hasn't been shared with them, a Request access dialog appears asking them to provide a reason for the access:
You can refer to the documentation:

Hi @ivywang ,
I'm afraid this feature is not available for the time being. I'll help you get your ideas back to the officials.

Hey, unfortunately based on my understanding it is not possible to customize that feature based on individual requirements and it is generic.
