Mailchimp - The operation has timed out

Hi everyone,   I'm trying to use for the first time the Mailchimp content pack and I'm getting the error below:   The operation has timed out. Next refresh for MailChimp is scheduled for 07/11/2...

mateusmorato I have tested against the activity id internally but couldnt get the  error logs from backend so I was requesting you to get the recent one.

 

Please could you get me the latest activity ID by recreating the issue and post the complete error message to me, also the rest of the data on how you are accessing the mailchimp, Is this working through Power BI Desktop or Online services. All details would really help me resolve this.

 

I have been waiting you to post since long time and the person who has created the ticket doesnt hold all details so i could have proceeded with troubleshooting futher.

 

Also post me any other questions you have regarding this, if any.

      Hello mateusmorato,

       

      Could open an support ticket as to investigate this more detaily. Becuase we have investigate on how you are working with Mail chip and with Power BI to get this error.
