Hi!
I'm having a problem authenticating a mysql credential.
On the desktop the database works normally with the credential, but in the service the credential appears as invalid. Does anyone know what it could be? I've already changed the access password as a test and the error persists.
Everything was loading fine until Thursday 25/03/2024. Could this be a temporary problem?

Because this condition only appeared on March 25th, and before that there was no.So I think it's the version, have you updated your desktop and service recently? If so, try going back to the previous version.

are you getting that error when you attempt to edit the credentials? Is your gateway up and running?
