MSDN Subscription Power BI Pro subscription issue

Hello There,

I have previously activated my power bi pro free subscription from MSDN subscription, however when I signed in recently, my Power BI become free subscription and informed me that my trial period has expired. When I wish to check out the information from Settings > Subscriptions, it prompted me this error:

Something went wrong.

Failed to load settings
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.
