MFA on a specific power Bi report

Hi there,

 

Just got a question regards to MFA on PowerBi service.

Is there any functionality that allows us to force MFA on a specific PBI report or Data source?

For example, we have a pbi report A that using a sensitive data source - table1.

Can we enable MFA when people open this report?  the other reports will not get affected by this setting.

I checked the MS doc, but it seems like there is no such feature that we can use. Is that because the Access control in PBI report already does the authentication?

    Hey,

    Based on my understanding MFA is a functionallity at the Azure AD for the account and is not limited to the MSFT offering in which it is used.

    So my guess is it is not possible to have MFA only enabled for specific reports (it would be on the account for all applications or none)
