MBAS How to configure a Gateway to On-Prem SQL Server for a Power BI Premium Capacity?

Thanks Greg - but your example is for a PowerBI report connected to an On-Prem SQL Server.  My question was for the latest new feature (from last month) of the XMLA Endpoint on the Premium Capacity - once deployed (by lifting an On-Prem SSAS XMLA model to Premium) - how to now refresh the Premium model via a gateway to an On-Prem SQL Server (like the original On-Prem SSAS model was doing via direct connect).
