M365 Changelog: Changes to workspace retention settings in Fabric and Power BI

About 

MC681890 – Today when a Microsoft Fabric workspace is deleted, the workspace and its contents are retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted. Starting November 15th, the retention period for collaborative workspaces will be configurable from 7 to 90 days. The workspace retention setting will be enabled by default and the default retention period will be 7 days.

When this will happen:

November 15th, 2023

There's no such setting for workspace retnetion in the Admin portal. Is this being "rolled" out in tenants? 

7 days is way too short!

In Power BI Admin Portal, you can define workspace retention times , you need to be a Global Administrator or a Fabric Administrator.

We saw the update roll through 1 week after annoucement. So we have the setting now.
