Losing Dashboard formatting only when using the subscribe feature

Hello, 

I'm currently running into an issue when subscribing to a dashboard.  The formatting I have setup looks perfect in both the app and the workspace but for some reason when I use the subscribe feature, the .png and image I receive in my email loses all the color formatting that I have within the dashboard.  

I have tried the following fixes and neither have worked:

- changing to from dark to light theme for the dashboard, changing to a custom theme

- repinning the visuals on a fresh dashboard

Again the dashboard looks great until it gets sent within the email using the subscribe feature.

Any help would be apprecaited!
