Long dataset update

Why does this error appear when updating a dataset?
Also, when I update from Powebi Desktop, can't update the same data set?
"The scheduled refresh is cancelled because a new refresh is detected on the same database".

Hi @DimaMD 

The time refresh scheduled too close to each other. the error message is because a refresh is triggered while another is still on for the same Dataset
