Hi All,

Can someone help how to track or find the person who has changed the power bi workspace capacity from premium to non premium.

UPDATED with links.

You would be able to see this using the Power BI audit logs.  You need to be a Fabric administrator to view them from the Admin portal: View audit logs - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn.  The event type is MigrateWorkspaceIntoCapacity.  There is also an API to programmatically pull the logs down: Admin - Get Activity Events - REST API (Power BI Power BI REST APIs) | Microsoft Learn.
