Logic App retry Export To File for Paginated Reports Bad request error 400

Hi,

I have created a Logic App to export a PBI paginated report.  And from time to time, the report execution would fail due to a long running DAX query. And it returned an error code 400 "operation was cancelled because of locking conflicts".

I have setup the retry policy for the "Export To File for Paginated Report" step but it the retry policy would not handle the error code 400.  Just wondering if there is another way to rerun the report step?
