Hi JoseHoyos ,

After lots of research, please see if the solutions in these threads help:

1. Using the "Agent Configuration" tab in the workspace.

2. Chang the source from any to VirtualNetwork.

Logs not being collected by Azure Log Analytics - Stack Overflow

 

3. Change the following setting in the group policy editor (gpedit.msc) from "not configured" to "enabled"

Location: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > User Profiles
