Locking AD account when changing Dataflows

Hey Guys,

I have noticed that when I setup a dataflow or make any configuration changes using the gateway to query my onprem servers, I keep looking the account out. I cant fully put my finger on the exact series of steps to trip it off as it doesnt appear to be constant but generally speaking if I go in, maybe make a tweak, it typically locks the account.

Is this a configuration issue? Anyone else noticing this issue?

Hi @me_neil 

I would suggest using a service account, where the password does not expire and the account cannot be locked out.

This will ensure that the dataflow data can always be refreshed?
