Locate Workspace from App
Hi dalebidwell ,
If you go to the app, and select the elipses in the top bar, are you able to see the "Related Content" Or, see the "Open Lineage View " view?
Or, if you select the app and select "Edit App" in the top right corner that will take you to the details as well.
Thanks for the help Collin - I don't personally have access to the App either as its secured with an AAD group (but can see that works on other Apps, I will try and find an existing user who can check it for me), I was just thinking if this happened in future and both the Workspace and App were not accessable, how would it be done?

Hey dalebidwell ,
You can use the API for APPS and use the "Get Dashboard(s)" or "Get Report(s)" options - Apps (Power BI Power BI REST APIs) | Microsoft Docs

Thanks very much for your help so far, I've just tested the previous step, the user doesnt get lineage view and the workspace doesnt appear via related content, it just lists the title of the App and doesnt show any reports\datasets. I used the name of a dataset (found via the admin portal) to try and track it back via the premium capacity metrics, while i can see the dataset is consuming memory on a capacity, the workspace is just listed as blank. Might require a bit of learning around the APIs to figure this out! Thanks Dale.
