Locale in app.powerbi.com

In my report I am using locale - I have date/time/timezone columns and I need to use locale so all the data is shown in my timezone (which is +1/+2 depending on DST). Problem emerges when I upload/publish my report to app.powerbi.com - it appears that my locale settings are annulated, and powerBI automaticly shows my data in UTC+0. As much as I could see, there is no setting in powerbi app where I can chose timezone I want my data to be shown in. How to fix this?
