Loading reprot too slow from dashboard

Hi all,

 

I recently wanted to add a dashborad to our report. But I found that it would take a very long time to load the report by using the dashboard (if I open the report directly, the loading time is normal). 

 

So is there anything (like custom visuel) that will block the redirection between dashboard and report? Or Is there a way to make the report automatically load in the background when dashboard is opened?

    Hi there

    Do you mean that you are using your report as a Live Dashboard?

    Are you using any custom visual in your dashboard.

    Still for such unknown issue,  you can raise the support ticket they will assist you.
