Loading huge csv file causes Dataflow refresh to fail

Hello friends,

I have to load a 22 GB csv file that resides in a sharepoint folder into a Dataflow. But, when i try to refresh the Dataflow it fails i guess due to size file. 

What would be the best solution to the problem?

Somehow split the file before importing it, for example using Data Factory?

Use Power Query online to do the job, if that is possible?

 

Any help would be appreciated,
