- To the best of my knowledge, no. You might be able to kind of fake it by hiding visuals and then having a bookmark that shows them all so the user has to click a "Load" button. Maybe the visuals update in the background and are ready to go when you click "Load"?

I see that current power BI cannot make my client's requirement and maybe I should refer to Greg's idea.
