Live Report - Asking for Microsoft Credentials time to time

Hi all,

I have a live report, using a direct query, that is displayed on a screen deployed on the Power BI service.

The problem is that from time to time, the reports on the browser down and a screen appears asking for the Microsoft Credentials.

This is causing a lot of inconveniences.

How I can avoid it and set the report to never ask about the credentials?

Hi,

Yes, I've tested with several accounts and the problem happen with all. Usually, the reports stay live for some days, and then the screen appears asking for the credential.
