Live Dashboard

Hi ,

I want to create  live dashboards with refresh data for every second.  

I know if I have a premium capcity it is possible  but I do not have this premium capcity.

I am working with pro user licence and on-premised data gateway for refreshing data and SQl relational database.

I apperciate your response.
