List of Power BI Report errors across the workspaces

Hi Team - We have about 8 Power BI work spaces and each of this workspace has about 10 to 12 Power BI reports and most of these reports are scheduled. 

Is it possible to get all the error notifications to email if any of the report fails in any of the workspace. For ex: 2 reports fail in workspace A and 4 reports fail in workspaceB, I need to get an email with the compiled list. I am not the owner of couple of reports but still i should get an email. I know there's an option in the dataset :  Send refresh failure notification email to me option on the Power BI Service( dataset settings-> Scheduled Refresh). Is this the only option ? 

I am open for other options and looking for inputs on this.

Power BI has a feature where you can specify additional users and email-enabled groups to receive refresh failure notifications in addition to the dataset owner. This can be useful if you want to ensure that a fixed set of recipients continues to receive the notifications, even if the owner of a dataset changes frequently.
