List ALL Power BI certified datasets

Hi, is there's a way to List ALL power BI certified datasets? using Powershell or any other way?  since I'm not added t all the workspaces, I won't be able to find out which datasets have been certified.  Although I'm the Power BI admin.   but we opened certification to the whole organization and it was a mistake!

      Greg Thank you...any spacific permissions? any examples to point me to please, only found MS sites and wan't the best in terms on how to call the API..
