Hi,
I've been having an issue with the P.BI service which is becoming more frequent and affecting more users.
When a dashboard is navigated to from within its workspace and a tile which links to the report is clicked, the click brings the user to a blank canvase in edit mode with the reports data set avaiable but no visuals. Exactly as if they had gone into the workspace datasets page and clicked on the "create report" option.
If i navigate to the dashboard from the shared with me link then when i try to click on a tile and move onto the report , nothing happens.
This only happens for some dashboards within the same workspace.
Any advice appreciated.

If the users have access to the dataset? what is your workspace attribute? (old or new preview)

It seems to have resolved itself.
There was no consistent change across all reports and workspaces that I can give as an explanation of this.
