Lineage is Broken

I have a built a Power BI Dataflow that is connecting to CSV files stored in a Sharepoint Folder. I have created a Dataset using Power BI Desktop that is connecting to that Dataflow.

After I publish the pbix up to the Workspace (I have a pro license and workspace is premium capacity) there is no lineage between the dataset and dataflow. I am not using parameters in the pbix or Power Query.

I have done the same procedure for many reports and the lineage has shown for me before. I'm completely for a loss on why the lineage is not being shown. Any thoughts or suggestions on why this might be.

Hi @TJGreen ,

Do you mean that there is no connecting line in the place marked in the figure below?

Have you tried to recreate a dataflow and use it in Power BI Desktop?

Best Regards,

Yuna

I have tried testing by rebuilding new dataflows from scratch and building a dataset/report from that. Here is an image of what one of the Workspaces looks like. I am following the same process as I had previously (Lineage had always worked). I've also tested troubleshooting the following. This issue existed prior to April upgrades:
- No Query Parameters are being used.

- On latest Microsoft Power BI Desktop Version (April 2021)

- Standard Gateway is upgraded to latest version (April 2021)

- Issue exists in both Premium Spaces and Non-Premium

- Issue exists for Azure SQL, On Prem SQL, Sharepoint Folder Connection

- Issue is not specific to Dataflows. Datasets do not show lineage back to sources.
