Line and stacked column chart not refreshing with slicer/filter change when show marker is on

This error just started happening in the past few days and is only occuring in the service, not on desktop. The desktop version works as expected.

I have a report with a line and stacked column visual  and there is a slicer on the page that filters the data. When I first view the page, the visual is blank. As I change the slicer the visual stays blank for most values but on a particular value it then displays the data but then when I change the slicer the visual does not refresh and shows the same data for all values in the slicer. I have removed the slicer and tried the same functionality using filters but the same issue occurs. 

I did some trouble shooting and found that by removing the marker in Shapes - Show Marker - off, the visual works correctly.
