I have a set of monthly sales data which contains Months and Total Sales for each month.
Is it possible to show marker on the highest sales amongs all months as per attached?

It is not possible show marker on the highest sales amongs all months as per attached using the Line Chart Format pane.
Could you try a temporary method by adding a Triangle shape on the line?
