Hi!
I hope this is in the right forum but I felt like the Power BI service side of things is where my questions start. I currently have a report with the field parameters in it, a preview function. I really like the way this works and I prefer it over my older report implementation with bookmarks.
However if I publish this report to the service and the many workspaces that it is in, will there be any limits to who can see or use this new version of my report? I cannot find much information on the limitations of preview functions in reports and I basically want to double check that that is because there are none instead of me not being able to find them.
Are there for example any types of users who could not use this function in the service now? Or will everyone be able to?
Hope someone knows!

Hi @Sanzne ,
There is no limit to the preview function on Power BI Service, because the versions of Power BI Service are updated together, and there will be no version differences. As long as your user has Pro permissions, you can view the reports inside.
You can use APP or Share to send reports to users for viewing.
Share Power BI reports and dashboards with coworkers and others - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
Publish an app in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
If your user is Free, you can use Publish to Web.
Publish to web from Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
