Limitation to App permissions ?

I have an App with access granted to about 25 people 

I'm trying to add a security group of about 40 people but it basically just won't stick - when I come back to the permissions page, that group has gone

Any ideas?

Hi @Anonymous ,

To share with other users, those users have to have a Pro license OR the App has to be in a Premium capacity.  Is that perhaps the issue?   

For permissions, from this link Publish an app in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs:

• In the new experience workspaces: specific people, Azure AD security groups and distribution lists, and Microsoft 365 Groups. All workspace users are automatically given access to the app for the workspace.
• In classic workspaces: everyone in your organization, specific people, or Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) security groups.

Does that part apply?
