Limit report sharing within organization??
Is there any way to limit report sharing to just @domain emails, that is to say, only with your own organization and none else?

you have a few options in the Tenant settings of the Power BI Admin Portal you can use for that.
Under the menu item Export and sharing settings:

Allow Azure Active Directory guest users to access Power BI

Invite external users to your organization (This setting was previously called “Share content with external users”. The revised name reflects more accurately what the setting does.)
You can either disable the settings for the whole organization, or enable them for a specific security group, say only the Power BI Admins.
