Limit doesnt work as it should be

I was trying to limit the bar to only 10 to show the top 10 "genre" by its "movie" counts. Everything was fine like if i set it to 6 it only shows 6 bars, but when i set it to 8 it suddenly shows 13 bars?? It has no different either if i put 8 or 10 into the "show items" input column. I kind of knew (maybe) it was the value that shown in the Data Value, the 8th bars to the 13th bars are all the same value that is "5", is it?? It kinda confusing since I am new into Power BI.when i set 6 on the limit
