Licentie error power bi Embedded workspace

Hi,

I have created a report in a workspace that is part of a A1 premium capacity. I shared the report with my collaegues. Since about an hour suddenly some users without a pro licentie are unable to open de workspace. they recieve an error that they need to upgrade to Power BI pro to make use of Power BI pro-functionalties.

Does anybody know where this issue is coming from? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Jorenvdl ,

According to your description, premium capacity does not mean that everyone has access to this workspace. Premium capacity means that content can be shared to free users. In order to access the workspace, you must have role access.

In addition, while most of the features of the two SKUs are similar, there are some specific differences. For example, according to the official documentation, only P sku support free users have access to content hosted in the premium capacity.
