Licenses
We just purchased some PowerBI licenses through our MS License agreement with a vendor. I am trying to figure out how to get these licenses into our Office 365 account so I can assign them out to our users and I'm not sure how to do it. Does anyone know how this process works? Do I have to use the same account to assign the licenses as the one that purchased it?

This process is indeed confusing, as far as I'm concerned. You aren't alone.... :-)
It has to be done through Office 365 admin. Whoever your administrator is on that end can both activate and assign the license.
