- Hi there The best option is to purchase an additional Power BI Pro license. This will allow you to share your dashboards and reports with other users, as well as allow them to use the Power BI mobile app and Analyze in Excel options. If you go the publish to web option (which is not recommended) you data can be viewed by anyone who gets that link. As well as potentially search engines can index it and show your data via searches. For the Free license option, you would have to have your data on the Power BI Premium and share it via an App
