License

Hello, i have a power bi pro license, but when i go to my account - there is nothing report files shared with me. But if go to the direct link to the report file, shared with me - there is it! Then I...

The license was assigned to the user license_scrn 


And that how is looking shared_with_me  and workspaces 


But when i click on direct link of the shared report - i can see the report, but open it may with trial license cause power bi can't find my power bi pro license

Hi admit ,

 

Are you trying to share report to external user with pro license? It is by design. You can refer to : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-share-dashboards#share-a-dashboard-or-report

      Hi admit ，

       

      It could be the issue of tenant.  Since you have Pro account I suggest you  try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
