    Hi EastleyD,

     

    As you're using the Personal Gateway to connect to your local Access database which is Power BI Pro content, Pro license is needed for all your recipients to access your reports in this scenario.:smileyhappy:

Thank you for the response.

 

Is this the case even if I refresh the reports on their behalf using my Pro license? (ie: they will only view already updated reports, and will not be required to connect to Access to refresh data themselves)

Yes, the Pro license is still needed for them to view the reports.. :smileyhappy:
