License management

Hi everyone, I am the sole developer of my company. I need to figure out how to best manage licensing.
If I use a license Power bi premium for user (PPU), will free licence users be able to access the reports in view only? or, since there are 3 viewing users, it is better to take 4 Pro licenses

    Hi ClaudioB 

     

    With PPU licenses everyone who wants to view those reports would also need a PPU license. Only when you buy Premium Capacity can you use Free licenses.

     

    If there are only 4 of you I would go with Power BI Pro licenses, it is much cheaper.

    Hi ClaudioB ,

    Please try to set workspace role for user to access workspace.

    But, please remember, free user could only access Prmium Capacity with P sku workspace.

      Thanks, can I make two pro licenses access one area and two others access another area? so as to create an access policy.
